Transferring your snow clearing service to a new location

If you move before the end of the season, your snow clearing service may be transferred to your new address, provided it is within our service area. If the new driveway is larger or smaller, we'll simply adjust your seasonal rate accordingly and provide you with an updated quote.

Cancelling your snow clearing service before the end of the season

If you choose to cancel your service, any eligible prorated refund will be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy Snow Season Nov 2026 - April 2027:

• Before November 30, 2026 – 60% Refund
• Between December 1 to 31, 2026 - 40 % Refund
• Between January 1 to January 31  2027 – 20% Refund
• Between February 1 to April 2027 - NO Refund
