Transferring your snow clearing service to a new location
If you cancel your service before the end of the season, you can transfer the remaining service to a new address—provided the new location is within our service area and the driveway is a similar size. If the driveway is larger or smaller, we’ll provide a quote to adjust the price accordingly.
Cancelling your snow clearing service before the end of the season
If you choose not to transfer the service, a prorated refund will be issued based on our Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy Snow Season Nov 2025 - April 2026:
- Before November 30, 2025 – 80% Refund
- Between December 1 to 31, 2025 - 60 % Refund
- Between January 1 to January 31 2026 – 40% Refund
- Between February 1 to February 14 2026 - 25% Refund
- February 15th 2026 to April 2026– No Refund
